1. Who we are
Live Fact Checker ("the Service") is a product of TMW Digital, LLC ("TMW Digital", "we", "us"). These Live Fact Checker Terms of Service are governed by and supplement the TMW Digital, LLC Terms of Service. If the two conflict, the TMW Digital, LLC Terms of Service control unless these terms say otherwise for the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian’s permission). You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use and recording consent
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to record anyone without the consent the law requires where you are. Some states require every participant to agree. You are solely responsible for obtaining consent.
4. AI results are not guarantees
Fact-check verdicts, certainty scores and scam-risk ratings are automated estimates and may be wrong. They are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Verify important information independently.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Charges appear on your statement as TMW DIGITAL. Prices may change with advance notice. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of recordings, screenshots and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy notice.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service or others.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMW Digital, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we will give notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law and contact
