Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing & subscription. Your plan will not renew after cancellation.
Access until the end of your paid period
After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
No partial-month refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or unused minutes, scans or images.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or charged twice, report it within 30 days of the charge and we will refund the full amount of the erroneous or duplicate charge.
